If JCB suspects fraudulent card use, we’ll call to validate the legitimacy of your transactions. Your participation in responding to our call is critical to prevent potential risk and avoid restrictions we may place on the use of your card. It will also reduce the chance of you being inconvenienced by such restrictions in the event the transactions are indeed legitimate.

  • Our automated call will ask you to verify recent transaction activity on your card
  • You'll be able to respond via your touchtone keypad
  • You'll also be provided a toll-free number to call should you have additional questions

In order for JCB to be most efficient in minimizing your exposure to risk, we need you to please keep us informed of your current cell phone number, home phone number and home address at all times. In order to make timely contact with you in the event of out of the ordinary activity, we need up-to-date contact information. Please use the Change of Address and Telephone Contact Information forms on the Printable Forms page of the site to update your contact information.
